Formerly known as Lokabox, we have been providing secure, flexible storage solutions to individuals and businesses in Belgium since 2008. From Lokabox to MySafestore
Many of our long-standing customers will know us as Lokabox - the Belgian self storage brand that has been serving local communities since 2008. Following our acquisition by the Safestore Group, we rebranded to MySafestore to bring our Belgian operations in line with the group's European identity, while retaining the same local teams, the same centres and the same commitment to excellent service that our customers have always valued.

Who we are
MySafestore Belgium has been serving customers since 2008, operating under the legal entity Lokabox SA. We are part of Safestore Holdings PLC - a FTSE 250 company and one of Europe's largest self storage operators, with more than 230 centres across seven countries.
The Safestore Group operates more than 230 self storage centres across seven European countries under a family of local brands: Safestore in the UK and Germany, Une Piece en Plus in France, MySafestore in Belgium, MijnSafestore in the Netherlands, OhMyBox! in Spain and EasyBox in Italy.

Flexible contracts. After your initial commitment period, your contract rolls on monthly with 14 days written notice required to end it. If you need a different unit size, speak to your centre team - a new contract will be set up at the same conditions as your existing one.

Security you can rely on. All our centres are equipped with 24-hour CCTV, intruder alarms, access-controlled entry and a professional security company monitoring the site outside opening hours. You hold the only key to your unit.
Extended access hours. Access your unit seven days a week between 6am and 10pm - including weekends and public holidays.
Expert team. Our friendly, trained staff are available in centre during opening hours to help you choose the right unit, advise on packing and organisation, and make your storage experience as smooth as possible.
Contents cover. All goods stored at MySafestore must be covered during storage. StoreProtect is our contents cover option, available from the moment you sign your contract. Alternatively you can provide your own insurance policy offering equivalent cover - proof of cover will be required.
