FAQ

What's included in the price, are there any hidden costs?
You'll need an insurance-approved padlock to secure your unit, and your goods will need to be insured while in storage. Booking a unit is free with no obligation.

Do I need insurance?
Yes, your goods must be insured while in storage. We recommend our StoreProtect cover, which protects your goods (up to a pre-agreed value) against theft, loss or damage. If you don't add StoreProtect to your contract, you'll need to provide evidence that your goods are adequately covered by your own insurance policy.

What size unit should I choose?
It depends on what you're storing, how stackable it is, and what type of access you'll need. Get in touch and our team can help you find the most suitable and cost-effective size.

Is MySafestore Alleur secure?
Yes, the store has 24-hour video surveillance, alongside an individual access code and free trolleys to help you move your belongings.
